●【Performance and Applications】
Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly used for producing sealing tapes, heat-resistant electrical tapes, and can also be used for medical adhesive tapes. Its characteristics allow it to be widely used for bonding various substrates. It is a pressure sensitive adhesive that can be used at temperatures ranging from -65°C to 300°C, with strong adhesion, good electrical properties, odorless, and non-irritating to the skin. Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is a type of material that is dry at room temperature, exhibiting both dryness and tackiness. It is composed of silicone rubber, MQ resin, and solvent benzene. Among these, silicone rubber serves as the film-forming substance of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. Materials bonded with this product still exhibit excellent electrical insulation properties after combustion.

Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is widely used in various industrial sectors such as electronics, aviation, and shipbuilding, serving as an adhesive for Class H insulation and thermal insulation materials. It is applied in various tapes, including mica sheets, fire-resistant mica tapes, transformer oil-impregnated fiberglass tapes, circuit board punching protection, paint baking protection pressure sensitive adhesive paper, mobile phone circuit board bonding, mobile phone button bonding, high-temperature insulation tapes, mobile phone and TV screen protective films, fire-resistant wire and cable flame-retardant tapes, polyimide tapes, fiberglass cloth tapes, high flame-retardant fire and oxygen barrier wrapping tapes, aluminum-plastic composite tapes, printed circuit board tapes, and other manufacturers.


●【Instructions for Use】
Dilute DH-Y201 pressure sensitive adhesive with benzene to a solid content of 10-15%, add 1-2% BPO based on the total solid adhesive content, mix thoroughly and evenly, then apply it to the material to be bonded (such as fiberglass cloth, mica paper). During application, the adhesive should be evenly coated on the surface of the material, then placed in an oven to evaporate the solvent for about 10 minutes. Then, raise the temperature to 165°C and cure for 10-15 minutes to form. Double-sided application allows for multiple layers to be stacked to achieve the desired product thickness. For room temperature curing, a定量 amount of KH-550 can be added.

●【Storage and Transportation Packaging】:
Packaging: This product is packaged in 25KG plastic drums or 200KG iron drums. Shelf life is 24 months at around 25°C.
Storage: This product is not hazardous, non-flammable, and should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated, and dry indoor area.
Transportation: During transportation, this product must be well sealed to prevent moisture, strong acids, strong alkalis, rainwater, and other impurities from mixing in.
