●【Performance and Applications】
Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly used for producing sealing tapes, heat-resistant electrical tapes, and can also be used for medical adhesive tapes. Its characteristics include wide applicability for bonding various substrates, usability within a temperature range of -65°C to 300°C, strong adhesion, good electrical properties, odorless, and non-irritating to the skin. Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is a type of material that remains dry and tacky at room temperature. It is composed of silicone rubber, MQ resin, and solvent benzene. Among these, silicone rubber serves as the film-forming substance of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. Materials bonded with this product maintain excellent electrical insulation properties even after combustion.

Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is widely used in various industrial sectors such as electronics, aviation, and shipbuilding as an adhesive for Class H insulation and thermal insulation materials. It is applied in various tapes, including mica sheets, fire-resistant mica tapes, transformer oil-impregnated fiberglass tapes, circuit board punching protection, paint baking protection pressure sensitive adhesive paper, mobile phone circuit board bonding, mobile phone button bonding, high-temperature insulation tapes, mobile phone and TV screen protective films, fire-resistant wire and cable flame-retardant tapes, polyimide tapes, fiberglass cloth tapes, high flame-retardant fire and oxygen barrier wrapping tapes, aluminum-plastic composite tapes, printed circuit board tapes, and other manufacturers.


●【Usage Instructions】
Dilute DH-Y201 pressure sensitive adhesive with benzene to a solid content of 10-15%, add 1-2% BPO based on the total solid adhesive content, mix thoroughly and evenly, then apply to the material to be bonded (such as fiberglass cloth, mica paper). During application, spread the adhesive evenly on the surface of the material, then place it in an oven to evaporate the solvent for about 10 minutes. Then raise the temperature to 165°C and cure for 10-15 minutes to form. Double-sided application allows for multiple layers to be stacked to achieve the desired product thickness. For room temperature curing, add a quantitative amount of KH-550.

●【Storage and Transportation Packaging】:
Packaging: This product is packaged in 25KG plastic drums or 200KG iron drums. Shelf life is 24 months at around 25°C.
Storage: This product is not hazardous, non-flammable, and should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated, and dry indoor area.
Transportation: During transportation, ensure the product is well sealed to prevent moisture, strong acids, strong alkalis, rainwater, and other impurities from mixing in.
