1. It can be divided into upper, middle, and lower three-layer conveyor lines: the upper layer is the clean box conveyor, the middle layer is the deboning conveyor, the lower layer is the heavy box conveyor, along with deboning and segmentation tables and box racks.

2. The driving part of the upper clean box conveyor uses polyoxymethylene, a mesh track with rollers, and a bandwidth of 207mm. The non-driving part uses PVC rollers with a spacing of 125mm. The material is 3.0mm stainless steel plate, and the driving part uses a 0.55KW Zeus series worm gear motor reducer. There is also a photoelectric tracking device for accurately sensing the operation of the turnover boxes, and a terminal stopper to control the transportation of the boxes in place. The use of PVC rollers can reduce wear on the turnover boxes.

3. The middle deboning conveyor also uses polyoxymethylene, with a plate-type track. The bandwidth is 500mm.

The main material is stainless steel square tubing, and the driving part uses a 1.1KW Zeus series worm gear motor reducer. It has a terminal stopper to control the transportation of raw meat in place, and a height-adjustable device for easier adjustment of the equipment's operational stability. The conveyor chain plate has guide protection, directly adhering to better protect the conveyor belt and reduce wear. The passive turning point of the conveyor is equipped with a cleaning water pipe for cleaning the conveyor belt.

4. The lower heavy box conveyor uses polyoxymethylene, with a plate-type track and a bandwidth of 300mm, mainly composed of stainless steel square tubing. The drive is a 1.1KW worm gear motor reducer, equipped with a photoelectric sensing device to record the number of heavy boxes in operation. It has a heavy box guide protection device for controlling the direction during the transportation of heavy boxes. The conveyor chain plate has guide protection, directly adhering to better protect the conveyor belt and reduce wear.
