Shandong Comile uses three types of covers in the manufacturing of drainage systems for food workshops: PE covers, stainless steel flat covers, and grating covers.

1. Grating Cover

The grating is made of stainless steel plates arranged in a cross pattern with certain spacing and crossbars, welded to form square grids. It offers the best load-bearing capacity and excellent anti-slip properties. This type of cover is ideal for use under special equipment due to its good weighing performance and anti-slip characteristics. It can also be customized according to the designed width.

2. Flat Cover

The flat cover is also designed with hygiene in mind, using full welding technology instead of spot welding. All corners are rounded for easy cleaning. It is cost-effective, widely practical, and comes in various aesthetically pleasing designs. In many food workshops, stainless steel trenches are used for aesthetic purposes, and matching covers of the same type are often employed, though other types can also be used. This combination ensures harmony with the trench, enhances overall aesthetics, and offers an affordable cover price.

3. PE Cover

PE covers feature high toughness, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and good wear resistance. They offer excellent load-bearing capacity, supporting 3-5 tons, and can withstand forklift overload without issues. They are priced competitively and are available in various colors, with red, green, blue, white, and black being the most common. Other colors can be customized on-site. The covers come with a lifetime warranty. The width is customizable, while the standard lengths are 625 mm or 1250 mm per piece, though other sizes may incur material loss. We design and match according to on-site requirements. Standard thickness options include 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm.
