II. Applications:

Conveying low-temperature or high-temperature liquids; neutral or corrosive liquids; clean liquids or liquids containing solid particles. Particularly suitable for: chemical and petrochemical industries; oil refineries; paper mills and pulp industries; food processing industries.

III. Structural Features:

Pump Body: Horizontal rear-opening structure, pump head and motor connected by coupling, mounted on a base plate, impeller is rear-opening type, three bearings, shaft seal adopts external mechanical seal, equipped with cooling device, oil level in the bearing body is observed through an oil sight glass; compact and reasonable structure. The pump body is cast with support feet, adopting a foot support structure, which can withstand loads from pipelines and directly transfer them to the foundation, ensuring that the pump rotor does not bend due to load, thus guaranteeing a long service life for the bearing and mechanical seal. During maintenance, there is no need to disconnect the pipelines connected to the pump body; simply open the bolts between the bracket and the pump body to separate the two for easy maintenance of the impeller and mechanical seal. Simple and convenient. 
Impeller: Closed, semi-open, or fully open impeller. The axial force of the CZ chemical centrifugal pump is mainly balanced by back vanes or balance holes, with residual axial force borne by the bearings.
Pump Cover: Forms a sealing cavity with the gland plate. Standard cavity dimensions can accommodate various sealing types.
Shaft Seal: Depending on the working conditions, packing seal, single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal, or tandem mechanical seal can be used.
Bearings: Lubrication method is oil lubrication, with oil level controlled by a constant-level oil cup, ensuring the bearings operate under good lubrication conditions.
Shaft: Protected by a shaft sleeve to prevent direct contact with the medium and avoid corrosion, extending the shaft's service life.
Pull-out Design: Allows for maintenance without disconnecting the pump's inlet and outlet pipelines, making it convenient to use.
