1. Specifications and representation of polyurethane cable trays: The standard specifies the following four specifications: PCT200×100×2, PCT250×150×2, PCT306×160×2, and PCT370×240×2.5. Except for PCT370×240×2.5, which has a length of 2 meters per section, the others are 4 meters per section. In the model representation, PCT is the English abbreviation for polyurethane composite cable tray. The first number indicates the width of the tray, the second number indicates the height, and the third number indicates the thickness. For example, PCT200×100×2 means the polyurethane cable tray has a width of 200, a height of 100, and a thickness of 2.0mm.

2. Polyurethane cable trays have uniform rubber content, stable curing, and no delamination. The cumulative surface bubbles on a single product should not exceed 100 square millimeters per square meter, and the maximum area of a single bubble should not exceed 15 square millimeters.
