1) For Cold Water Use Perforated Steel Strip Polyethylene Composite Pipe

The perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe that uses a perforated pipe made from welded cold-rolled steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton, combined with thermoplastic plastic. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton, the heat resistance and strength of the pipe are significantly improved. In terms of process, this product introduces an adhesive layer between the steel strip and polyethylene, and uses argon gas protection during steel strip welding to prevent oxidation of the molten steel during high-temperature welding. This solves the issue of water channeling in composite pipes, making the performance of the composite pipe even better.

1. Has higher rigidity and impact resistance than plastic pipes, with a low expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipes.

2. Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and is corrosion-resistant. Operating temperature is increased.

3. Low thermal conductivity.

4. Smooth inner wall, no scaling, head loss is 30% lower than that of steel pipes.

5. Pipe connections use electrofusion welding, a mature technology with a wide variety of pipe fittings.

8. Using plastics with high temperature resistance, such as heat-resistant PE-RT polyethylene, random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), etc., can produce temperature and pressure resistant pipes.

This product is composed of a perforated pipe made from welded cold-rolled perforated steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) as the main material. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), the pressure resistance and heat resistance of the pipe are significantly improved. This allows composite pipes originally only suitable for low-temperature (≤40°C) water supply to be used for hot water transportation, secondary heating pipelines, and in industrial fields such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries for conveying high-temperature media.
