The QXB type submersible centrifugal aerator product is a self-priming aerator with a direct-coupled structure. The rotating impeller generates centrifugal force, creating negative pressure at the impeller inlet to suck in air and water. Using the impeller's function, a certain proportion of air and water is mixed in the mixing chamber. Under strong centrifugal force, the two-phase flow of air and water is rectified along the tangential direction of the impeller through the flow channel and then diffuses circumferentially. Fine, tiny bubbles fully integrate with the water, thereby achieving the effect of oxygenation and aeration.

How to select a submersible centrifugal aerator:

It is recommended to consider factors such as liquid delivery volume, head, liquid properties, pipeline layout, and operating conditions.

1. Flow rate is one of the important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator, as it directly relates to the production and delivery capacity of the entire system. For example, the design process can calculate the normal, minimum, and maximum flow rates of the centrifugal aerator. When selecting a centrifugal aerator, use the maximum flow rate as the basis while also considering the normal flow rate. If the maximum flow rate is not available, typically 1.1 times the normal flow rate can be taken as the maximum flow rate.    

2. Head is another important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator. Generally, a head with a 5%–10% margin should be used for selection.   

3. Liquid properties, including the name of the liquid medium, physical properties, chemical properties, and other characteristics. Physical properties include temperature (°C), density (d), viscosity (u), diameter of solid particles in the medium, and gas content, which relate to the system's head, calculation of effective NPSH, and selection of the appropriate pump type. Chemical properties mainly refer to the chemical corrosiveness and toxicity of the liquid medium, which are important bases for selecting pump materials and the type of shaft seal.    

4. Pipeline layout conditions refer to data such as liquid delivery height, delivery distance, delivery direction, the lowest liquid level on the suction side, and the liquid level on the discharge side, as well as pipeline specifications, length, material, pipe fitting specifications, and quantity, to facilitate system head calculation and NPSH verification.   

5. Operating conditions include many factors, such as the operating temperature (T) of the liquid, saturated vapor pressure (P), suction side pressure (PS), discharge side container pressure (PZ), altitude, ambient temperature, whether the operation is intermittent or continuous, and whether the pump is fixed or movable.
