Therefore, regular monitoring of the effectiveness of endoscope cleaning and disinfection is crucial to evaluate whether disinfection standards are met. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia requires the use of the membrane filtration method to test the microbial limits of purified water. This method is also mentioned in the "Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals" (GB15982-2012) for monitoring endoscopes after disinfection. Combining the direct inoculation method, membrane filtration method, and colony counting will provide a more objective, scientific, and effective evaluation of endoscope disinfection quality. Accordingly, the Enji-designed Endoscope Microbial Testing Instrument is used in conjunction with the Endoscope Microbial Filtration Cup. After on-site sampling with the Endoscope Microbial Filtration Cup, the cup is sealed and transferred to the microbiology laboratory, where the Endoscope Microbial Testing Instrument is used for filtration to trap microorganisms on the membrane for subsequent cultivation and counting.
