It eliminates the need for a suction flask, as liquids are directly discharged through the diaphragm pump. This reduces the complexity associated with using suction flasks, avoids slow filtration speeds due to poor connections, and saves operational space.

Experimental Principle

The Intelligent Microbial Limit Tester injects the test sample into the microbial limit culture unit. The tester uses a diaphragm pump to directly discharge the experimental liquid, trapping microorganisms from the sample on the filter membrane. The membrane is then removed with a membrane extractor, transferred to a prepared solid culture medium with the bacterial side facing up and laid flat. The lid is closed to form a sealed culture box, which is placed in an appropriate constant-temperature incubator for cultivation and counting. The Intelligent Microbial Limit Tester avoids slow filtration speeds due to poor connections and does not occupy operational space.
