BXK Explosion-Proof Control Box

BXK explosion-proof control box purpose and scope of application BXK series explosion-proof control box (hereinafter referred to as explosion-proof control box) is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1～2. The distribution box is mainly used in Zone 1 or Zone 2 containing mixtures of Class IIB, T4 group and below hazardous areas, suitable for combustible dust environments in Zones 20, 21, 22, and for temperature groups T1—T6. It is used for remote control signals, electrical components, etc., in AC 50Hz circuits with rated voltage up to 380V, and includes signal indicator lights.

1. Zone 1, Zone 2 gas environments; Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 combustible dust environments.
2. Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 combustible dust-proof environments.

Product Features

Main Structure

The control box housing is made of ZL102 cast aluminum alloy to form an explosion-proof main chamber and a wiring chamber. The main chamber contains components such as buttons and signal lights, which are operated via the operating mechanism and the housing handle, with indicator light display. The wiring chamber has terminals connected to the main chamber and cable entry devices, with internal and external grounding screws.

Use and Maintenance

1. Install and fix the control box, open the inlet and outlet chamber covers, connect the cable to the terminals via the entry device, connect the internal and external grounding wires, check for errors, then close the cover and secure it with fasteners. Tighten the compression nut to seal the cable. After completion, it is ready for use.
2. The control box must not be disassembled arbitrarily. For maintenance, disconnect the power supply first before opening the cover for repair. During maintenance, the explosion-proof surface must not be damaged. After repair, apply 204-1 anti-rust oil to the explosion-proof joint surface, close the cover, and secure it with bolts before use.
