2. Description

AIM NC Paste Flux is a no-clean, tacky, and reworkable flux paste used for routine soldering or rework on circuit boards, BGA rework, and ball placement. NC Paste Flux can also be used for manual soldering, hot air rework stations, convection reflow ovens, and vapor phase soldering. The post-solder residue is transparent and inert, requiring no cleaning. NC Paste Flux is compatible with all leaded and lead-free alloys. This product can be applied by spraying, brushing, or stencil printing. NC Paste Flux complies with IPC 7711-7721 standards.

4. Handling and Storage

Sealed AIM NC Paste Flux can be stored for 1 year at 0°C - 12°C (32°F - 55°F).

Do not store near fire sources or flammable materials. Avoid light

exposure, as it may degrade product quality. NC Paste Flux is ready to use

and requires no stirring. Do not mix used and unused product in the same

container. Reseal opened containers. After opening, the shelf life of the paste flux

depends on the environment and application.
