The Lantan boiler is designed with advanced performance: The main heating surface tubes are made of 20# seamless steel pipes for low and medium-pressure boilers. The boiler drum is constructed from specialized boiler steel plates, while the left and right headers are fabricated using seamless steel pipes. The furnace arch of the Lantan boiler is formed with refractory concrete. The rear arch is low and long, ensuring excellent combustion. The flue ducts on both sides and the sidewall bricks are made of refractory sintered bricks, while the front and rear walls of the boiler use general refractory bricks. The boiler grate features rational air distribution, a large combustion chamber, and strong adaptability to various coal types, including bituminous coal, anthracite, and blended coal, ensuring thorough combustion. High-temperature flue gas first enters the settling chamber before passing through the two-wing flue ducts and the front smoke box, resulting in effective smoke suppression and dust removal. 5. Boiler Operation: The boiler must be operated by certified personnel who have undergone training and obtained the "Special Equipment Operation Certificate." During operation, strict adherence to operating procedures, eight systems, and six records is mandatory. 6. Boiler Inspection: The boiler must undergo an annual periodic inspection. Boilers that have not passed the safety inspection are prohibited from use. Safety valves, as critical safety accessories, must be inspected annually, while pressure gauges require calibration every six months. Safety accessories that have not undergone periodic inspection are not permitted for use. 7. It is strictly prohibited to install an atmospheric pressure boiler as a pressure boiler. Boilers lacking the three major safety accessories—water level gauge, safety valve, and pressure gauge—are strictly forbidden from use. The Lantan boiler is a horizontal quick-assembly steam boiler with natural circulation of the working fluid. The heat exchange system of this steam boiler consists of the drum, left and right headers, and water-cooled walls. The main heating surfaces include the furnace water-cooled walls, part of the drum, and the convective tube bundle inside the drum. This series of steam boilers is delivered in five major components: the boiler main body, flue and air ducts, dust collector, and piping system. The first four components are manufactured in the factory and transported to the installation site for assembly, significantly reducing the installation period while ensuring product installation quality.
