This series of products consists of steel soundproof doors, widely used in various factories, equipment rooms, theaters, studios, dance halls, karaoke bars, recording studios, listening rooms, conference rooms, hospital wards, and more. They are often used as complementary components for soundproof booths and enclosures.

Structural Performance:

The door frame and door leaf are made of galvanized steel sheets, with the door core filled with ultra-fine centrifugal glass wool panels. Hardware components include heavy-duty hinges and compression locks, while the sealing strips are made of polymer materials. The surface can be treated with spray coating.

Observation windows can be installed on steel soundproof doors, fitted with double-layer tempered glass. The sealing between the door frame and door leaf can be single or double sealing. The sound insulation rating is divided into four categories, as shown in the table below:
