Principle of biological fermentation oxygen generator:
Pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation equipment uses clean compressed air as the raw material and high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent to produce oxygen from the air under certain pressure. The purified and dried compressed air undergoes pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption in the adsorber. Due to aerodynamic effects, nitrogen diffuses much faster in the micropores of the zeolite molecular sieve than oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. Then, by reducing the pressure to atmospheric pressure, the adsorbent desorbs impurities such as nitrogen to achieve regeneration. Generally, the system is equipped with two adsorption towers: one tower adsorbs to produce oxygen, while the other undergoes desorption and regeneration. The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by a PLC program controller, allowing the two towers to alternate cycles, thereby obtaining high-purity oxygen (93%±3%).
