Working Principle of Small and Medium-Sized Industrial Oxygen Generators: Based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation under pressure swing adsorption. A two-tower process is employed: one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, while the other desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of pneumatic angle seat valves are controlled by a PLC intelligent program, enabling the two towers to cycle alternately and continuously produce high-purity oxygen.
