I. Working Principle of Industrial Oxygen Generators: Based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, using zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of the zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation under pressure swing adsorption. A two-tower process is employed: one tower adsorbs to produce oxygen, while the other tower desorbs and regenerates. Through PLC intelligent program control of pneumatic angle seat valves' opening and closing, the two towers cycle alternately, continuously producing high-quality oxygen.
