The DCM-633/DCM-635 series power supply disturbance-free fast switching devices (also known as plant power fast switching devices) are suitable for disturbance-free power switching in petrochemical, steel, metallurgical, thermal power plant, or power plant auxiliary power systems. This device can quickly cut off the faulty power supply based on the system's operating status when a power supply failure occurs. It detects the voltage quality on both sides of the switch to be closed and engages the backup power supply if the closing requirements are met, avoiding power interruption or equipment impact damage during fast power switching, thereby ensuring continuous operation of the load without power interruption.

In enterprise power supply systems, to prevent system power loss due to power supply failures, multiple power supplies are usually considered during system design. When a power supply fails or requires maintenance, the faulty power supply is cut off, and the backup power supply is engaged to complete fast power switching, preventing system power loss and avoiding production and economic losses. In general systems, backup power switching can be accomplished using automatic transfer switches (ATS). However, for systems with multiple motors, ATS may not perform well in multi-power switching because, when the power supply fails, motors continue to rotate due to inertia, entering a "coasting" state. If ATS or delayed closing methods are used to engage the backup power supply, it may result in out-of-phase closing between the backup power and the bus, causing significant impact on the system and electrical equipment. Furthermore, delayed closing by ATS cannot guarantee continuous power to the bus, leading to power interruptions at critical process nodes that require uninterrupted power supply. The holographic black box, combined with intelligent waveform recording, helps on-site customers comprehensively and accurately understand their grid's disturbance models, analyze switching effects, and flexibly optimize parameters for various continuous power supply systems.

As the core control unit of the FSC series medium and low voltage disturbance-free fast switching cabinets, the DCM-635 disturbance-free fast switching device, paired with phase-controlled high-speed vacuum circuit breakers, can complete breaking in <6ms and closing in <10ms, significantly ensuring continuous power supply in high-voltage systems.
