Two-dimensional and three-dimensional concrete vibration platforms, also known as concrete test block testing tables, are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mold/food, chemical, and building materials. During operation, the vibration motor's excitation force can be adjusted to achieve the desired motion of materials on the platform. These platforms feature high power and large table surfaces; the maximum power is 7.5 kW, with an excitation force of 80 kN, capable of supporting a sandbox weight of 8 tons. A vibration platform is a testing device used to simulate the vibration and shock that products endure under actual working conditions. It consists of a table surface, a vibration device, and a control system. By simulating real-world vibrations and impacts, it tests product performance and reliability.
