The spiral rigid high-speed door, also known as the aluminum alloy high-speed door, is simply referred to as a rigid high-speed door. It is a new type of metal high-speed door with anti-theft and high-temperature partition functions, offering reliability, practicality, and ease of operation. Motor System
The servo motor system consists of: rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor; intelligent encoder; power-off braking system; high-inertia planetary reducer; manual release mechanism; fault manual device, etc.

Lifting Mechanism

Door Curtain Mechanism
The rigid high-speed door's curtain mechanism consists of: aluminum alloy curtain panels, EPDM sealing strips, load-bearing hinges, guide wheels, and other components:
1. Aluminum alloy door panels are 25mm-43mm thick, filled with polyurethane foam in the middle. The base plate thickness is 0.7mm-1.7mm, made of Series 5 5052H32 tensile strength 238N/㎡ aluminum-manganese alloy cold-formed. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon roll-coated paint ≥250M, guaranteed not to fade for 10 years.
2. The door panels use new anti-pinch bridge technology. The panel width is 220mm, effective width 200mm, overall thickness 43mm, filled with polyurethane foam in the middle, base plate thickness 0.7mm. This new anti-pinch bridge foam door panel technology is an upgrade for rigid high-speed doors. Traditional panels can get debris or ice trapped in the connecting gaps, leading to damage, deformation, or noise. In cold or humid environments with significant indoor-outdoor temperature differences, traditional panels may frost or ice due to cold bridges. The new foam door panel bridge solution greatly extends the door's service life.
3. The hinge load-bearing design ensures that the joints of the door curtain are not under stress, preventing deformation and maintaining flatness over time.
4. The door body operates by guide wheels sliding within the aluminum alloy track, ensuring no friction or noise even at high speeds.
Safety System
1. Infrared safety protection electric eye: Both sides of the door frame are equipped with opposing electric eyes. If an object is detected under the rigid high-speed door, the door remains open. When the door is descending and an object passes underneath, the door will reopen to the fully open position and delay descent until the path is clear.
2. Bottom safety protection edge: If an object is in the blind spot of the infrared safety protection while the door is descending, and the door presses on the obstacle, it will quickly反彈 to the fully open position, effectively protecting objects or pedestrians below and preventing accidents.
