Hangtai is dedicated to the development of high-power programmable DC regulated power supplies based on high-frequency soft-switching technology. After more than a decade of research and accumulated experience, we were the first to commercialize DC power supplies with ZVZCS soft-switching technology across the full load range, offering extremely high reliability that has earned the trust and recognition of our users. Our programmable DC regulated power supplies have the following outstanding advantages:

1. Excellent performance and ease of use. This DC power supply uses peak current control and wide-bandwidth, high-gain, low-noise OPAMP, resulting in fast dynamic response under rapidly changing loads and high output voltage regulation accuracy. Additionally, the output is equipped with a multi-stage filter, meeting EMI/EMC standards EN61000-6-3 and EN61000-6-1, with low output ripple.

2. High reliability—worry-free. Key components use imported parts, including original Infineon IGBT modules from Siemens Germany and control chips from UNITRODE in the U.S. Mature soft-switching technology and comprehensive protection circuits (short-circuit protection, current limiting protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection) ensure reliable operation of the IGBT.

3. High efficiency—cost-saving
ZVZCS soft-switching technology enables high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability. The overall efficiency is above 85%. In contrast, high-power DC regulated power supplies from other domestic manufacturers mostly rely on hard-switching and thyristor phase-controlled rectification and regulation technologies, resulting in very low efficiency and poor reliability. Using our DC power supply can save users significant electricity costs annually.

4. High power density—space-saving. Thanks to the soft-switching conversion technology used, the power supply offers high quality, small size, light weight, high power density, and space efficiency.

5. High switching efficiency—quiet. Since the switching frequency of this equipment is above 24kHz, beyond the range of human hearing, there is no annoying audible noise. Additionally, noise suppression technology is employed to create a quiet and comfortable working environment.
