Working Principle:

The ZJ Series Fluidized Bed Ultra-Fine Micro Grinder utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to form high-speed airflow, which accelerates the material to supersonic speeds, causing particles to collide at the intersection of the nozzles, achieving ultra-fine grinding. The crushed material enters the classifier's grading chamber with the rising airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by the rotor and the centripetal force from the airflow's viscous effect. When the centrifugal force exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles larger than the target size return to the grinding chamber for further impact crushing, while fine particles enter the cyclone separator and collector with the airflow. The gas is discharged by the exhaust fan.
