PE power conduits are products made by hot-dip coating with PE (modified polyethylene) or applying epoxy resin internally and externally, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Pipe Connection

1. Heat Fusion Connection

Using specialized heating tools, pressure is applied to the PE conduit sections to be connected until they melt. The heating tool is then removed, allowing the two molten surfaces to join. After maintaining pressure for a period, the joint cools and solidifies.

2. Electrofusion Connection

Special electrofusion fittings with embedded resistance wires are tightly connected to the pipe ends. Electricity is applied, heating the resistance wires to fuse the components into one until the PE conduit joint cools.

3. Socket-Type Flexible Connection

A modern connection method where a reinforced polyethylene socket is welded to one end of the pipe. The other end of the polyethylene pipe is inserted into the socket, secured by a locking ring inside the socket, and sealed with a compression seal to achieve connection.

4. Flange Connection

By tightening bolts and nuts, flange connectors and flange plates are brought into contact to connect PE conduits.

5. Steel-Plastic Transition Joint Connection

Connections are made using cold pressing or other methods. Steel-plastic transition joints, equipped with locking rings and seals, require excellent sealing and pressure resistance.
