I. Performance and Applications

Circulating water bactericide is a composite quaternary ammonium salt algicide and bactericide, featuring high efficiency, broad-spectrum efficacy, fast and long-lasting action, strong permeability, ease of use, and suitability across a wide range of temperatures and pH levels.

Circulating water bactericide is suitable for industrial circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, oil refineries, and metallurgical plants, serving as an algicide, bactericide, and slime stripper. It also exhibits certain corrosion inhibition effects, with performance superior to 1227.

III. Usage Method

Apply via shock dosing. The dosage is typically 100-300mg/L, which ensures thorough eradication of bacteria and algae. For rapid slime removal in cases of heavy algal growth, the dosage may be appropriately increased, and floating debris should be promptly removed. If excessive foam affects production, a defoaming agent may be added.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Circulating water bactericide is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg per drum or as specified by the customer. The shelf life is ten months.

V. Safety and Protection

Circulating water bactericide has a slight almond-like odor and causes no significant skin irritation. Use appropriate labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
