Haolang 4-in-1 Combustion Improver is a solid product formulated through processes such as crushing, mixing, and drying of various inorganic compounds. It addresses "efficient and low-pollution coal combustion" through chemical means.
Functions:
1) Adding this product can extend coal combustion time, improve the efficiency of coal usage, and with long-term use, it reduces smoke and dust, prevents ash buildup, cleans coke, and enhances combustion—especially important for low-quality coal.
2) It accelerates heat conduction, restoring the boiler to its original design capacity, and can save 15–25% of coal.
3) It reduces the workload of boiler operators in adding coal and removing ash.
4) It decreases the emission of atmospheric fly ash, oxides, and sulfur dioxide, contributing to environmental protection.
Application Scope: Suitable for combustion in various boilers and different types of coal (especially boilers burning high-sulfur, low-quality coal).
Usage and Dosage:
A. Wet Method:
1. The amount of water for dissolving the combustion improver should be determined based on the total water content of the coal entering the furnace not exceeding 10–20%. The general ratio is: Combustion Improver : Water = 1 : 5–10.
2. When preparing the solution, add water first, then stir while adding the combustion improver.
3. When spraying or sprinkling, slightly turn the coal layer to ensure even distribution.
B. Dry Method:
1. When the raw coal moisture content exceeds 12%, directly mix the combustion improver into it.
2. When the raw coal moisture content is less than 10%, mix the combustion improver into it and spray a small amount of water on the coal pile.
3. The usage amount is 1–3‰ (ratio of combustion improver to coal).
Packaging and Storage: Packed in woven bags of 20kg or 25kg. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight, and keep away from fire sources. This product is prone to moisture absorption and caking; it can be crushed with a wooden stick. Do not strike or impact with metal tools. Valid for 3 years.
