The HYXJ-5 Fully Automatic Platform Intelligent Clearance Measurement Analyzer is an instrument that utilizes an electronic sensor system, laser imaging system, and computer processing system—distinct from laser point and LiDAR technologies—to perform full-section clearance detection. It employs a hand-pushed dynamic detection trolley method, manually propelled along the track, automatically measuring all clearance data (horizontal clearance, vertical clearance, platform profile, canopy height, horizontal superelevation, etc.), with automatic calculation and measurement on curved sections. The software system performs real-time clearance detection, data acquisition, analysis, processing, display, and over-limit judgment, generating inspection reports. It features simple and fast operation, high measurement accuracy, comprehensive and real-time data display, and dynamic measurement via the detection trolley, improving inspection efficiency and reducing labor costs.

1. The instrument can simultaneously complete the scanning, automatic recognition, and measurement of the entire profile section of the current platform, canopy, and intermediate pillars (three-segment type), including the most horizontally protruding points and vertically highest points, within 1 second. While the detection trolley is moving, the instrument automatically and simultaneously measures (no manual operation required during measurement), displays, and saves data such as platform, canopy, intermediate pillars, superelevation, over-limit values, all platform images, track status, and other complete raw records, with automatic calculation and correction on curved sections.
2. The device employs a fully automatic two-stage trigger measurement system characterized by machine vision laser image scanning measurement, pulse trigger measurement, and full-time perception measurement control. It features high-resolution area array scanning and automatic extraction of regional characteristics, ensuring high reliability, stable data, high accuracy, and long service life. Unlike laser point methods, which can only measure a single point on the platform cap rather than the entire platform side.
3. The measurement is comprehensive and highly efficient. The device takes less than 1 second to collect thousands of data points, identify, and measure the most unfavorable point data. It performs full-section scanning of the platform without delay, ensuring more comprehensive and faster measurement. Real-time full-section dynamic scanning and measurement are performed while moving without stopping, with real-time display.
4. Equipped with one-click input, automatic dynamic recognition, and automatic breakpoint splicing functions.
5. Structural features: All probes and the detection trolley adopt an integrated structure; the probes are designed without brackets, requiring no assembly, avoiding vibration offset, and eliminating mechanical errors; the device is portable; the walking wheels are made of material with good insulation properties.
