Application Scenarios:

The system is primarily used for daily training, practical simulation, and combat assessment of firefighters. It effectively enhances firefighters' emergency response capabilities in real-world scenarios, transforming the current common situation where equipment is available but lacks actual leak-site field drills.

System Features:

Utilizing an internal pipeline buckle design, the system realistically recreates leak scenarios with minimal water waste. It features zoned design, with each zone having unique types of leak holes or cracks. Each zone's corresponding pipeline can be opened or closed via PLC control, ensuring controllability of simulated scenarios. The system allows preset completion times for single or multiple zone leak sealing based on actual conditions and automatically scores the training based on actual completion time. The entire simulation process is one-click activated, eliminating the need for manual timing. Constructed mainly from stainless steel, it can be stored outdoors and offers excellent corrosion resistance and waterproof performance.

1. 10 pipeline routes correspond to 10 major zones, each realistically simulating different types of holes or leak points, suitable for all leak sealing equipment to be used on this system.

2. Visual operation: each pipeline is equipped with a pneumatic control valve that can be opened or closed from the main control panel. Corresponding flow sensors measure the efficiency of firefighters during leak sealing and whether the task is successfully completed in real time.

3. During training, the main pipeline can be directly connected to fire hoses for convenient water supply and pressure.

4. All scenarios are integrated into a tank approximately 1.8 meters in diameter and 3 meters in length, equipped with mobility wheels, making it lighter and easier to move compared to traditional leak sealing training equipment.

5. Pioneering PLC control allows simultaneous management of single or multiple pipeline zones, making simulations more targeted.

Internal Pipeline Distribution:
