Product Introduction

1. The device consists of an aluminum-clad steel aluminum alloy guide rail, stainless steel core, end anti-drop device, steering device, connecting fittings, fall arrester, and fixed fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.
2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.
3. The device adopts a built-in guide rail structure, which is anti-rust, anti-fouling, easy to inspect, simple, and lightweight. The weight per meter of guide rail does not exceed 1.5 kg. The guide rails are connected using male and female core holes for easy alignment and fixation. The surface roughness of the guide rail is not greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5 mm.
4. The device can carry a total mass of 100 kg for the operator and carried items. Tower climbers wear a safety harness with a buffer bag. In the event of a fall, the impact force on the person is below 6 kN, and the device does not fail.
5. The guide rail can withstand a static load of 15 kN without any structural damage.
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6 kg) and has a designed service life of 5 years. It features one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved guide rails, and allows bidirectional free sliding on horizontal guide rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and resumes normal operation after unlocking.
7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of not less than 15 kN and an impact load of not less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the fall distance is short (not exceeding 1.0 m), and the locking distance of the fall arrester is not more than 0.1 m, achieving inertia-free locking.
8. Removing or installing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (not more than 2 mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clear usage (arrow) direction.
