Product Introduction

1. The device consists of aluminum-clad steel aluminum alloy guide rails, stainless steel core, end anti-drop device, deflector, connecting fittings, fall arrester, and fixing fittings. All components are treated with anti-corrosion to ensure a lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.
2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.
3. The device adopts a built-in guide rail structure, resistant to rust and contamination, easy to maintain, simple and lightweight structure, with each meter of guide rail weighing no more than 1.5 kg. The guide rails are connected using male-female core holes for easy alignment and installation. The surface roughness of the guide rail is no greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5 mm.
4. The device can carry a total mass of 100 kg for the operator and carried items. Tower climbers wear a safety harness with a buffer bag. In the event of a fall, the impact force on the person is less than 6 kN, and the device does not fail.
5. The guide rail can withstand a static load of 15 kN without any structural damage.
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6 kg) with a designed service life of 5 years. It features one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved guide rails, and allows bidirectional free sliding on horizontal guide rails. In case of collision, it does not lose its locking function and can operate normally after unlocking.
7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the fall distance is short (no more than 1.0 m), and the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1 m, with no inertial locking.
8. Removing or installing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (no more than 2 mm), and the fall arrester surface clearly indicates the direction of use (arrowhead).
