It is widely applicable for drying, curing, insecticide treatment, and low-temperature heat treatment of various materials such as powders, granules, flakes, strips, and pastes.

1. Stable industrial microwave source technology: 1.5KW industrial-grade water-cooled magnetron ensures 24-hour continuous operation;

2. Adopts switching power supply design with a wide voltage range, significantly reducing weight and minimizing high-voltage exposure points to ensure safety;

3. Scientific microwave energy feeding method: Uses slot antenna technology for uniform and rational distribution of the microwave field, improving microwave energy utilization efficiency;

4. Microwave feed ports arranged according to material dehydration process; operators can adjust microwave power and belt speed based on parameters such as air saturation humidity, material temperature, and air intake/exhaust volume to enhance energy efficiency;

5. Cooling sections can be arranged in the drying segment according to material drying characteristics to meet specific drying requirements;

6. Microwave drying significantly reduces drying temperature, preserving material quality during drying, making it suitable for materials that are less sensitive or moderately sensitive (below 120°C) to drying temperature;

7. Capable of deep drying: Suitable for drying powders to moisture content below 0.5%;

8. No adverse phenomena such as "hot spots, sparking, material splashing, or belt burning";

9. Can be equipped with automatic material spreading, collecting, and dust removal systems (optional accessories);

10. Optional anti-corrosion chamber (optional accessory);
