Wear-Resistant Ceramic Coating: Wear-resistant ceramic coatings are typically made from high-temperature-resistant materials such as alumina, silica, and silicon carbide. These materials not only withstand high temperatures but also offer excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-wear properties, allowing the coating to remain stable for extended periods in high-temperature environments. Additionally, wear-resistant ceramic coatings provide superior abrasion resistance, protecting against mechanical wear and friction, making them suitable for surfaces of components that are frequently in contact or subjected to movement. Therefore, in industrial equipment and machinery exposed to high temperatures and wear, wear-resistant ceramic coatings are widely applied.

Wear-resistant ceramic coatings are used in anti-wear engineering for equipment in power plants and cement plants. This material is a powdered non-metallic cementitious type, composed of silicon carbide particles as the aggregate for wear-resistant composite materials. It is manufactured from alkali-resistant and acid-resistant synthetic materials through strict process ratios and inorganic polymerization technology. Many people are unfamiliar with the application methods of wear-resistant ceramic coatings.

1. For a construction thickness of 20mm, after removing oil, paint, and other base layers, weld a steel mesh directly onto the equipment's base plate, typically using a patterned mesh weld with spacing between weld points of 200mm-300mm. Then apply the mixture of evenly stirred ceramic powder, water, and steel fibers.

2. During welding, anchor the bottom skeleton tortoise mesh securely. Control the welding points strictly with a horizontal spacing of 20mm and vertical spacing of 10mm to ensure the tortoise mesh is firmly welded to the bottom steel plate, preventing loosening or detachment due to unforeseen forces.

3. After welding the tortoise mesh, conduct an immediate preliminary inspection to ensure there are no issues such as missed welds or excessive spacing between weld points. If problems are found, reinforce them promptly to ensure the stability of the base skeleton.

4. When preparing to mix the wear-resistant ceramic coating, avoid overloading the mixer with too much ceramic material.

5. Begin mixing: After adding the curing agent, ensure the wear-resistant ceramic coating and curing agent are thoroughly mixed. Then add adhesive and mix uniformly. The mixing time should be maintained between 10 to 15 minutes until the ceramic coating and adhesive form a viscous wet ball consistency. Only then can it be discharged from the mixer for use.

6. Application: Operators must wear protective gear such as masks, gloves, goggles, and helmets. For aerial work, qualified safety harnesses are required. Take an appropriate amount of ceramic coating from the bucket, approximately 2kg each time, and apply it forcefully onto the pre-welded tortoise mesh.

7. Inspection: The applied wear-resistant ceramic coating must not show bulging or sagging. If such issues occur, clean and reapply immediately until it bonds tightly with the steel plate.
