The LWL Horizontal Spiral Discharge Filter Centrifuge is a model characterized by low energy consumption, stable performance, and excellent separation efficiency. Working Principle

The suspension enters the spiral inner cavity through the feed pipe and enters the drum through the discharge port near the bottom of the conical end of the spiral. Under the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase in the slurry is separated through the sieve installed on the drum wall, while the solid particles are retained in the drum. At the same time, the solid particles in the drum move from the small end to the large end of the drum under the action of centrifugal force and the differential speed between the spiral and the drum. During this movement, as the rotational diameter increases, the centrifugal force rapidly increases. The solids transition from a high moisture content when initially entering to a low moisture content when discharged from the drum, achieving automatic and continuous solid-liquid separation.
