Which Industries is the RM200QC Suitable For?

Better Test Consistency

The RM200QC uses 8 different visible light sources and 1 UV LED (9 bands) to accurately measure color by capturing sample images. This offers a significant advantage over traditional 3-band colorimeters (red, green, blue).

The RM200QC features unique imaging technology, employing a 45/0 optical geometry and proprietary image capture technology to achieve better consistency with visual assessment. Each measurement synthesizes 27 images taken from different directions and under different colored light sources. Information about color and surface texture effects is displayed on the device instantly.

The RMC200QC allows for precise positioning of samples, previewing the measurement area, and storing and recalling images after measurement is complete.

Enhanced Quality Control

The RM200QC can measure up to 20 standards and store them on the device, each marked with date and time, and can be named using a soft keyboard. Up to 350 sample measurement records can be stored on the device. Inspection results can be displayed through the following functions:

For more detailed reports, the RM200QC can be set to "USB Report Mode," where the device automatically generates PDF and CSV format files for easy reading on a computer. It's as simple as inserting a USB drive!
