Working Principle of Radial Heat Pipe:

An appropriate amount of working fluid is filled into the evacuated sealed tube cavity. The fluid vaporizes by absorbing heat from the hot fluid flowing outside the tube through the outer tube wall. The working fluid vapor flows toward the inner tube located at the center of the radial heat pipe element, condenses on the outer wall of the inner tube, releases heat, and transfers it through the inner tube wall to the cold fluid flowing inside the inner tube. The condensed working fluid liquid then vaporizes again by absorbing heat transmitted through the outer tube wall, flows toward the inner tube, and releases heat.

In this way, the working fluid continuously undergoes evaporation-condensation-evaporation cycles within the sealed vacuum tube cavity. Through this reciprocating cycle and the phase change heat transfer of the working fluid, heat is continuously transferred from outside the tube to inside, cooling the hot fluid flowing outside the tube and heating the cold fluid flowing inside the inner tube.
