Used in the successful commissioning of the country's first flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting project for refractory weakly magnetic iron ore. The complete "flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting" project utilized our company's fluidized bed gasifier equipment. The project was completed and put into operation, and it successfully passed the achievement appraisal organized by the China Iron and Steel Association. The successful application of this technology and equipment has opened up new pathways for the development and utilization of refractory iron ores in China.

Experts unanimously agreed: "The complete set of flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting technology for refractory weakly magnetic iron ore demonstrates outstanding originality, high technical indicators, and low manufacturing costs. It is the first of its kind both domestically and internationally, with overall technology reaching internationally leading levels. It has successfully achieved efficient and low-cost industrial application of resources such as siderite and limonite for the first time, opening new avenues for the development and utilization of refractory iron ores in China.

The commissioning of the "flash (fluidized) magnetization roasting" demonstration project has provided a golden key for the utilization of refractory mineral resources in the metallurgical industry (including siderite, limonite, oolitic hematite, iron-containing tailings, red mud, sulfuric acid slag, blast furnace dust, manganese ore, ilmenite, barite, and magnesite).
