Basic Characteristics: Using high-purity white corundum and fused mullite as the main raw materials, with the addition of an appropriate amount of ultrafine powder, the repair mortar achieves excellent construction performance, anti-slag adhesion, and erosion resistance through microstructural design and improvement. We can design the appropriate repair material composition based on the furnace lining material. For convenience, the mortar is pre-mixed and produced in the factory, requiring no secondary mixing, and can be directly applied to repair the furnace lining. Before repair, residual metal and slag in the repair area should be removed. During repair, take an appropriate amount of repair mortar and directly adhere it to the surface of the repair area. Use a hammer to tap it, ensuring the repair material bonds well with the surface. After drying, it is ready for use.

Packaging: 25kg plastic bucket or carton packaging, with an inner plastic film; store in a dry place to avoid moisture; recommended storage period is no more than 6 months.
