It features stable performance at high temperatures, light weight, low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, resistance to thermal shock, chemical erosion, and good sound absorption properties.

Huoya Ceramic Fiber Blanket

is made from ceramic fiber filaments produced by spinning or blowing processes, which are then laid flat, pressed, and treated with double-sided needling and heat treatment. The double-sided needling process significantly enhances fiber interweaving, improving the blanket's resistance to delamination and mechanical strength, resulting in excellent tensile strength. No binders are used in the manufacturing process of ceramic fiber blankets.
