American Standard ANSI White Fused Alumina 600# for Grinding and Polishing is produced from low-sodium aluminum oxide powder through electric melting, crystallization, grinding into powder, acid washing to remove impurities, and hydraulic overflow classification. Its complex processing results in concentrated particle size distribution without large grains, making it suitable for fine grinding and polishing. Due to its high chemical stability, hardness, thermal stability, and wear resistance, it is also widely used in wear-resistant coatings, industrial ceramics, and other industries.

White electro corundum 600# applied to ANSI standard is made from high-quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3. The white alumina produced in titling electric arc furnaces has the advantage of high density and low porosity and good volume stability and thermal shock resistance.
