White fused alumina abrasive is a type of abrasive with over 99% content of electrically fused aluminum oxide. It can not only be used for producing abrasive tools but is also widely used for sandblasting industrial components such as metals, stainless steel, glass, and aluminum alloys. It increases the surface roughness of workpieces requiring sandblasting treatment, providing a foundation for subsequent painting and improving the adhesion of coatings.

Main Performance Characteristics of White Fused Alumina:
1. High purity of aluminum oxide (over 99%), resulting in high hardness, strong grinding power, and high grinding efficiency.
2. The white fused alumina grit produced by our company is made from grade 1 block material from fixed furnaces, with better toughness than that from tilting furnaces. As a raw material for abrasive tools, it enhances the sharpness of products, and as a sandblasting material, it offers better durability.
3. White fused alumina has uniform particle size. Compared to consumables like natural emery and glass beads, it is less likely to clog nozzles and has high particle consistency.
4. White fused alumina grain and fine powder have low sodium content (within 0.3%), making them suitable as refractory castables and aggregates, improving the erosion and corrosion resistance of refractory materials.
5. White fused alumina micro powder is produced using a water-based process, resulting in more uniform particle size, no large particles, and no scratching of workpiece surfaces.
6. White fused alumina can also be directly used for grinding, polishing, surface treatment, sandblasting, rust removal, etc. It is applicable for both dry and wet sandblasting, surface roughening and polishing, surface treatment and passivation before coating, and other fields.
7. Electrically fused aluminum oxide sand has strong wear resistance, making it suitable as an additive for wear-resistant products.
