With the rapid development of new energy power generation such as wind and solar power, the number of wind farms and photovoltaic power stations continues to increase, and their widespread distribution poses significant challenges to operation and maintenance management. To achieve the informatization of new energy enterprises and meet the stability and security constraints of network systems, the construction of a centralized telephone dispatch system is particularly important.

Voice dispatch, as a core communication method for power enterprises, can uniformly control voice communication between remote dispatch centers and various wind farms and photovoltaic power stations, achieving unified communication and centralized dispatch, thereby reducing costs and improving work efficiency.
The project requirements include:
1. When provincial and regional dispatches call new energy power stations to arrange production tasks and issue instructions, all calls can be transferred to the centralized control center.
2. The centralized control center, upon receiving calls transferred from various new energy power stations, can distinguish which power station the call comes from and the corresponding wind farm dispatch center. On-duty personnel can then perform remote control of the corresponding new energy power station based on the instructions.
3. After completing the instructions from the wind farm dispatch center, when returning the call, the caller ID displayed for the provincial or regional dispatch should be the extension number of the wind farm within the corresponding new energy power station, rather than the internal phone number of the centralized control center.
4. During the call transfer process, all calls should trigger simultaneous ringing at both the centralized control center and the new energy power station. Once either party answers the call, the ringing stops for the other party.
The HUC Unified Communication System is a core voice system developed based on the NGN architecture, paired with Huaxing Integration IP terminals and HDS unified communication application software, providing professional IP voice solutions and unified communication solutions. HUC Unified Communication adopts a broadband-narrowband integrated design with high integration, supporting up to 10,000 users per chassis. It can connect to operator networks or private network voice exchange equipment via digital trunk, analog trunk, and SIP trunk, supporting mixed access of analog phones and IP phones. The HUC Unified Communication features modular functionality, simple installation, and extensive recording storage capabilities. It uses graphical configuration for easy deployment and maintenance.
