I. Overview:

 ◆ Test Items: Flow rate, rotational speed, current, power, pressure (head), efficiency, temperature rise;

 ◆ System indicators comply with GB/T3216-2005 "Rotodynamic pumps - Hydraulic performance acceptance tests - Grades 1 and 2" and GB/T12785-2002 "Test methods for submersible pumps";

◆ The testing system consists of a flow rate and rotational speed tester, pressure head tester, single/three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, temperature rise tester for live windings, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, etc.;

◆ Scheme Overview: This system configuration is mainly designed for factory acceptance tests, type tests, and cavitation tests of horizontal (vertical) single-screw pumps, horizontal double (triple) screw pumps, rotor pumps, and centrifugal pumps, using a standard test device with a closed-loop structure.

II. System Functions:

 1. The system can perform performance tests and cavitation tests on various pumps.

 2. The system can display real-time data on pump flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, shaft torque, rotational speed, shaft power, efficiency, head, and water temperature.

 3. The system can automatically identify and display positive and negative torque.

 4. The system can automatically perform temperature compensation for torque and rotational speed sensors.

 5. The system can set upper and lower alarm limits for flow rate, inlet pressure, torque, and rotational speed, with customizable alarm values.

 6. The system can automatically store test data.

 7. The system can display real-time collected data and curves.

 8. The system allows arbitrary setting of curve coordinate values to meet the needs of various pump tests.

 9. During testing, if bad data points are acquired, they can be deleted and reinserted for re-testing.

 10. The system has a memory function for various parameter settings, requiring only a one-time input.

 11. The system has a historical data playback function, allowing editing and modification.

 12. The system can print test results, including data and curves, via a printer.
