The system provides a professional 3D model resource library, enabling students to use controllers to select and add corresponding venue equipment and facilities in the VR environment. After completing the venue setup, multi-angle snapshots can be uploaded to the teacher's terminal. Teachers can then view these multi-angle snapshots of the student-arranged venues through the backend system and evaluate the students' venue arrangements by examining the images. Additionally, the training includes real-person voice prompts for operational guidance.

The system includes VR training and assessment for conference equipment such as the central control system, chairman unit, interpreter unit, and delegate unit. It also features 360-degree panoramic video playback and a VR art picture exhibition room.
