It effectively inhibits fungi on the surface of polymer materials, keeping the material surface clean. The product is simple to use: it can be directly mixed into oil-based coatings, resins, inks, pigment pastes, and other oil-based products. After thorough mixing, production can proceed according to the original processing techniques. Adding iHeir-YQ Mildew Inhibitor can achieve a mold resistance level of 0 without affecting other properties of the material.

【Main Applications】iHeir-YQ Paint Mildew Inhibitor is a low-toxicity bactericide suitable for paints, polymer emulsions, pigment pastes, and various oil-based coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi during the production and storage of paints and other oil-based products.


Product Advantages
1. Broad-spectrum antimicrobial action: simultaneously inhibits bacteria (including Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria) and fungi (yeasts, molds, etc.);
2. Active ingredients act on the cell membrane, directly destroying the mold cell membrane, causing leakage of cell contents, or binding with nucleic acids in the cytoplasm, inactivating them and leading to cell death;
3. At recommended usage concentrations, it is free of formaldehyde or formaldehyde-releasing agents;
4. Non-volatile, environmentally friendly, with a wide pH adaptation range, effective in inhibiting and killing microorganisms within pH 3-10;
5. Good thermal stability, does not decompose below 150°C.
Usage Methods
1. Guangzhou iHeir-YQ Paint Mildew Inhibitor is supplied in liquid form, making it easy to mix. Experiments have shown that the bactericidal and preservative effects of iHeir-YQ are not affected by different points of addition. iHeir-YQ can be added directly during the grinding or paint mixing process. To ensure uniform dispersion after adding iHeir-YQ, stir the emulsion and oil-based paint thoroughly (recommended addition ratio: 0.5%-1%).
2. When processed with microbial capsule technology on packaging materials, the concentration of active ingredients depends on the size of the product or the space.
Packaging Specifications
Guangzhou iHeir-YQ Paint Mildew Inhibitor is packaged in 25kg blue square plastic drums, with smaller 1kg packaging available. Please store this product in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, eyes, etc. If contact with eyes or mouth/nose occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Precautions: This product is environmentally friendly, but individual allergic reactions cannot be ruled out. Therefore, it is recommended to use rubber gloves and a mask during operation. If the skin accidentally comes into contact with the agent, wash with soapy water. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. In more severe cases, seek medical attention immediately.
