Due to requirements such as achieving food-grade standards, transparency, and the need for high-temperature drying, powdered antibacterial agents often come with various limitations and cannot meet these demands. Therefore, we directly process powdered antibacterial agents into corresponding antibacterial masterbatches. Manufacturers can then purchase our antibacterial masterbatches and simply add them in proportion to your factory's plastic pellets during injection molding. This not only saves a lot of trouble but also ensures more stable antibacterial performance, as well as more consistent product appearance and quality.
    The selection of antibacterial masterbatch can be tailored to your requirements. For example, you can choose silver-ion or zinc-ion based masterbatches, industrial-grade or food-grade antibacterial masterbatches, organic or inorganic options, or masterbatches designed for transparent or non-transparent materials.
