Our company has summarized the experience in land-based oil-water separation and, in response to the working conditions of land-based oily wastewater, has developed the LYSF series of land-based oil-water separation devices using advanced processes and equipment manufacturing. This device is a novel, polymer-based coarse-grained oil-water separation equipment. It features low energy consumption, compact size, and simple operation. It can be widely used in industrial and mining sites, docks, oil depots, oil tanker cleaning wastewater, factory machine repair workshops and machining workshop workpiece cleaning oily sewage, auto repair shops, end-of-life vehicle dismantling companies, shipbuilding and repair yards, compressed air compressor condensate containing oily sewage, power plants, and various other oily wastewaters that do not contain surfactants. After treatment, the oil content is less than 10ppm, complying with relevant regulations, and the discharged water can be reused.

LYSF Land-Based Oil-Water Separator has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, easy management, high separation efficiency, and low energy consumption. The treated water can be directly discharged or appropriately reused, and the extracted waste oil can be directly reused. The device organically combines enhanced gravity separation, coarse granulation, and adsorption coalescence treatment processes into a steel cylindrical integrated structure, combined with a pump, oil storage tank, and electrical control box to form a treatment unit. The treatment process fully utilizes the characteristics of gravity separation and the specific factors of different separation materials, thus enabling adaptability to various challenging oily wastewater conditions. It is suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater containing various types of oils without surfactants.
