Performance of Color Steel Silicone Rock Purification Board

1. Heat Resistance: Color steel silicone rock purification board can withstand high temperatures of 250-300°C for extended periods and resist 400-500°C during fire incidents. The polymer in the color steel silicone rock purification board remains stable and is a highly stable variety.

2. Flame Retardancy: Excellent flame retardancy, heat resistance, and no generation of polluting gases. The amine free radicals act as effective absorbers; during high-temperature decomposition, free radicals generated by broken methylene bridges are quickly absorbed by amine free radicals, preventing the reaction from continuing. This makes modified polyimide extremely difficult to burn.

3. Low Smoke: Color steel silicone rock purification board contains only hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen atoms. During high-temperature decomposition, it produces only carbon and oxygen compounds, with no toxic gases other than a small amount of CO. The maximum smoke emission of modified PIIPN is 5%, compared to 74% for polyurethane, indicating significantly lower smoke emission for modified PIIPN.

4. Flame Penetration Resistance: Color steel silicone rock purification board exhibits carbonization under direct flame exposure, with no dripping, curling, or melting. After flame exposure, the foam structure largely remains intact, with only a surface layer of graphite foam, effectively protecting the inner foam structure. It demonstrates strong resistance to flame penetration.

5. Thermal Insulation: Color steel silicone rock purification board features a uniform and fine closed-cell structure. When mixed with polystyrene particles, its thermal conductivity is only 0.022-0.040 W/(m·K), offering insulation performance comparable to polyurethane and extruded polystyrene.

6. Wide Application Range: The strength of color steel silicone rock purification board is not significantly affected by temperature. It does not shrink or become brittle at low temperatures down to -196°C. Its mechanical properties remain largely unchanged. It can be used long-term within the range of -196°C to 130°C.
