When the deflection of the sandwich panel is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between supports), the bending capacity is not less than 0.5 kN/m2.　　 This product has the following characteristics: non-combustible, moisture-proof, insect-resistant, sound-insulating, lightweight, deformation-free in dry or wet conditions, thermally insulating, and it can be nailed, sawn, and is simple and convenient to construct. It is also reusable. It is formed in one synthesis within the mold, requiring no interface bonding agents. If the upper layer of the composite panel is a metal sheet, it enhances the product's flexural resistance, improves fire resistance, and prevents cracks or breakage, while also offering wear resistance and a smooth surface finish. It exhibits minimal shrinkage and does not become brittle at ultra-low temperatures, making it suitable for cold storage, garage doors, and other applications.
