Structure

1) Upper and Lower Surfaces: Made of galvanized color steel plate with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. Depending on specific customer requirements, aluminized zinc color steel plate or galvanized steel plate can also be used. The steel plate is first rolled into shape by a forming machine and then composited with rock wool in the factory.

2) Rock Wool Core Material: Uses rock wool blocks with a density of 120kg/m3 laid in a staggered manner, with fibers oriented perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, tightly connected to fill the entire longitudinal and transverse sections. The rock wool blocks and the rock wool with the upper and lower steel plates are bonded together with a foaming agent to form an integral whole. The production process ensures adhesion between the high-density rock wool insulation and the inner wall of the metal plate, giving the rock wool sandwich panel excellent rigidity.

Application Areas

Widely used in steel structure workshops, simple movable houses for roofing, walls, and ceilings/partitions of clean air rooms. Rock wool sandwich panels can generally be customized according to customer requirements and are known for their excellent fire resistance among the series of sandwich panels.
