Hand-made panels: Panel thickness 0.4~0.6mm, core material thickness 50, 75, 100mm, standard effective width for Chinese character "中" type: 980, 1180mm, non-standard ≤1180mm.

Introduction to Panel and Core Materials Used

Purification panel surfaces can be selected from: color-coated steel plate, stainless steel, anti-static color-coated plate, fluorocarbon color-coated plate, spray-coated aluminum plate.

Anti-static purification panels incorporate conductive pigments in the color plate coating, giving the surface a resistance of 10–100 ohms. Static electricity can be released as electrical energy through this mechanism, preventing dust adhesion and facilitating easy cleaning. Additionally, these panels offer advantages such as wear resistance and stain resistance. The color plate coating of anti-clean panels uses enamel-based antibacterial agents, providing antibacterial effects and far-infrared radiation effects.
