2. Overview of the Wheel Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machine:  
This testing machine applies bending moments to wheels through centrifugal loading via a variable frequency motor to detect the wheel's resistance to bending fatigue.  
A specialized rotary bending fatigue testing machine for truck and heavy-duty vehicle wheels. Adopts the method of rotating load with a stationary wheel.  
3. Main components of the Wheel Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machine include: the main unit, control cabinet, electrical control software, and necessary accessories.  
4. Technical Specifications of the Wheel Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machine:  
4.1 The testing machine mainly consists of the main unit, parameter measurement and display unit, power control unit, and test fixtures;  
4.2 The main unit is manufactured using a cast structure, facilitating easy sample installation, with the wheel stationary and the load rotating;  
4.3 The driving power uses a variable frequency speed-regulating motor to achieve stepless speed regulation, thereby driving the load to rotate at high speed and applying a bending moment to the wheel via the rotating shaft;  
4.4 The load applies bending moment to the wheel through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of counterweights. Adjusting the bending moment is achieved by changing counterweights of different weights and regulating the rotational speed;  
4.5 Equipped with a high-precision non-contact laser sensor to measure and detect the deformation of the wheel;  
4.6 During testing, monitors the bending condition of the main shaft to enable an emergency stop function in case of wheel failure;  
4.7 The measurement control software has the following main functions:  
4.7.1 Test parameters are set via the software;  
4.7.2 The software displays test graphics, loading force values, etc.; report printing; file management;  
4.7.3 Closed-loop adjustment of bending moment, displaying the harmonic circle of bending moment and displacement, load curve, and displacement curve on the screen's X-Y coordinate system;
